A manager appointed by the Studio du Chien marin c/o S.A. PHAM TRAN will always be present on site to ensure access, proper maintenance and security of the premises with the utmost discretion. No key will be made available.

 

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

ARTICLE 1

- Rental by the hour

 

The lessee undertakes to return the premises in the state in which they were delivered to him. Smoking is prohibited in the premises.

 

The Studio du Chien Marin reserves the right to keep a member of its staff on site for the duration of the event.

 

 

SECTION 2

 

Acceptance of a package price gives the right to an ESO membership card for the duration of one year and implies payment in full, even in the event of a partially consumed service.

 

a. Members benefit from the self-service coffee bar. Priority reservation of ESO partner installations according to the "first come first serve" rule.

 

These benefits are granted to ESO members and not transferable to “guests” of ESO members.

 

b. For members visiting or accompanied by guests (max 2 guests) for short meetings, check the availability of the premises with the reception at:

c. ESO reserves the right to terminate membership in the event of a serious or repeated breach of internal rules or other behavior that appears to be inappropriate.

 

d. Processing of personal data.

ESO behaves in accordance with the provisions of the law relating to the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data of December 8, 1992.

Your personal data is not communicated to third parties.

 

SECTION 3

 

As part of a reservation with a snack service, the lessee agrees when booking on the number of guests present on the day of the event. The change in the number of guests must be reported and confirmed in writing to the Studio du Chien Marin no later than 5 working days before the performance of the service.

 

SECTION 4

 

Le Studio du Chien Marin reserves the right to unilaterally terminate, without notice and without compensation, any service whose purpose is contradictory or incompatible:

 

- with the corporate name and objectives of Studio du Chien Marin

 

- with the destination of the premises or which would disturb public order or would be contrary to morality.

 

SECTION 5

 

Cases of force majeure such as flooding, building collapse, explosion, bomb threat exonerate the Studio du Chien Marin from all liability without suspension, interruption or non-performance of its obligations, excluding any compensation for the lessee.

 

 

SECTION 6

 

The lessee must also take out an insurance policy guaranteeing his civil liability covering the property and the people he receives within the confines of the Studio du Chien Marin.

 

The lessee will be held responsible for any damage caused in the establishment by his own act or that of his participants or by any thing belonging to him. The repair costs will be fully invoiced to him. Any modification made to the structures, in particular walls, floors, ceilings, lighting, etc., must be the subject of a prior written agreement to the Studio du Chien Marin and will be invoiced to the lessee.

 

 

SECTION 7

 

The Studio du chien Marin not being the organizer of the event, the lessee is not authorized to use the logo and the name of the Studio du chien Marin on these communication documents before and after the event. The address may only be used on communication documents, namely:

SECTION 8

Risk and Liability.

ESO, nor its collaborators or employees can be held responsible for the loss, damage or theft of property in the studio du chien sailor.

 

SECTION 9

Internal rules.

The member is supposed to be aware of the internal rules of the establishment Studio du Chien marin and to comply with them. The member undertakes to read it before entering the Studio.

 

 

SECTION 10

 

Any claim for a breach of Belgian regulations would be attributable to the customer.

 

SECTION 11

 

In the event of a dispute or difference arising from the interpretation or execution of the various articles of these general conditions of sale, the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Brussels will fall.
